we have lost our appeal 

we could quite easily be angry and upset, but quite surprisingly we are not surprised at all.  the judgement is only at draft form so we can not share what it says.  Of course, for us the battle does not end there.  We will continue to fight because, simply put we have been wronged.  We now take some time to consider our options, one good thing about the judgement is a clear and transparent finding that HHJ Tyzack did indeed act in an unlawful manner.  as soon as we can legally put up the judgement we will let you guys see it.  though most of our subscribers (being the local authorities and the other parties in the case) will more than likely have seen the draft today too.
