The appeal in respect of this matter was heard at the Royal Courts of Justice on
24th October 2012; the judgment is awaited. I have enclosed a copy of a letter which I sent to
Mr. Baggaley and Mrs. Baggaley (amended for each party) on 6th November 2012.

I have also enclosed herewith a copy of the Reporting Restriction Order made on
12th January 2012 at Exeter County Court. The Court will note that after the appeal hearing
Mr. and/or Mrs. Baggaley posted the skeleton argument filed on behalf of the Children's Guardian
for the appeal hearing on a 'blog' on the internet. The document refers to the subject child by name.

The letter written by Leicestershire County Council to Mr. and Mrs. Baggaley on
6th November asked them to remove the skeleton argument from the internet; it also
asked them to remove a photograph presumed to be of T from the same site. The site is
still in existence and its web address is thebaggaleycase.blogspot.co.uk; the skeleton argument
filed on behalf of the Guardian is still posted there.

Also it has now come to the attention of Leicestershire County Council that on 5th November 2012 Mr. and Mrs. Baggaley commenced a company called McKenzie Friends 4 U. There is website and a Facebook page for this company, which links to the Baggaley Case blogspot page and then takes people to the site at which the skeleton argument of the Children's Guardian is posted.

I write to bring this matter to the Court's attention as the activities would seem to be a
breach of the reporting restriction order. Leicestershire County Council has recently
received three telephone calls from an anonymous referrer including one on
19th November 2012, indicating that she wished to report and complain about the
sites named above; apparently Mr. and Mrs. Baggaley had posted the letter from
Leicestershire County Council dated 6th November to the website which was how
she knew where to call.

I have sent a copy of this letter to the solicitor for each of the relevant parties.
