how is it the qc for the guardian whom was the main respondent, who had been 100% against us .. can put in a skeleton argument that is in total reverse to his clients best interest, provides evidence to the appeal court that the process was unfair on us, and the judge acted outside of his jursidiction ...  and still wins???

its like the cps saying "the defendant has been wronged and the process was unlawful" but the defendant still gets hung.

the solicitor for Torbay must be pissing her fat arse off!   the law really is a complete joke.

it of course doesnt help when you have the childs special guardians rubbing their own daughters face in her loss of appeal.   but then what can one expect from depraved fuck ups as the wests.
