how torbay social services run away from the child

so the supervision order has ended yesterday for Torbay County Council. The child remains in care of the special guardians. so for all of you parents out there : this child in the 12 months of the supervision order has: been expelled from school 13 times. was until 2 weeks ago having to attend a special school, but now remarkably has been placed back in mainstream (no prizes for guessing about the timing!) the child has ran away 10 times, the child has been arrested (age 12) for arson, thefts and assaults, only 4 weeks ago he was sentenced for actual bodily harm!! the grandparent will not allow him to speak to us or see us and have breached the law in refusing the school and the police to share information with her.

so to cut a long story short: if your child is constantly in trouble with the police and the school and the social workers start pointing a finger at you... remind them of our case where social services walking away from a 12 year old child who is screaming out for attention and help in his behavior. it is OK for him to behave like this in the special guardians care. by the way his behavior in our care was brilliant, no expulsions, no arrests nothing ... they have completely fucked this kid up.

have you noted in the letter he remains a child in need? need of what we have asked. because if he is in need why not extend the supervision order? Torbay council Janine Bond and hhj tyzack complicit in screwing this child's life up. shame for you T ... we will keep up the battle for you mate.
