The county court Exeter: HHJ Tyzack QC has conspired with the other parties solicitors in our family case of 6 years to make sure we can not obtain copies of the case files. thats 6 years worth of case files, bundles, orders, reports, statements, etc etc ... Now we wonder, why would they not want us to have these papers?
could it be our upcoming appeal in the Royal Courts of Justice?
what are they scared of?? evidence? LOL
